An International Driving Permit (IDP) is an official document issued by certain organizations that allows a person to drive a vehicle in foreign countries that recognize the license. The license is a translation of your domestic driving license into several languages and is valid in over 150 countries worldwide.
To obtain an IDP, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid domestic driver’s license. You will also need to provide two passport-sized photographs and proof of identity such as a passport or national ID card. Depending on the country, you may also need to provide other documents. Once approved, the permit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

The Community driving licence is a type of European Union (EU) driving licence that is valid in all EU member states. This type of driving licence entitles the holder to drive all types of vehicles in any EU country, regardless of which country the licence was issued in. The Community driving licence is valid for five years and must be renewed every five years.
To obtain a Community driving licence, you must meet the following criteria: you must be over 18 years old, pass a recognised driving test and provide identification. In addition, you must also provide proof of residence in the country where you wish to obtain the licence.
The Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC) is a qualification introduced in 2009 to improve road safety and the professionalism of professional drivers in Europe. The aim of the Driver CPC is to ensure that all professional drivers have the skills and knowledge required to drive a vehicle safely and responsibly. It also helps to raise the standards of professional driving across Europe.
Once acquired, the Driver CPC is valid for life, provided it is kept up to date with the required regular training. All professional drivers in Europe must hold a valid Driver CPC if they wish to drive a large truck or passenger transport vehicle, and failure to comply can result in heavy fines or even imprisonment. To obtain the Driver CPC, drivers must pass a recognized theory and practical test and complete at least 35 hours of regular training over a five-year period. The course covers topics such as first aid, health and safety, EU road traffic regulations and driver fatigue management.
Category A – Motorcycles

If you want to drive a motorcycle in the European Union (EU), you will need a Class A driving license. This type of license is valid for all types of motorcycles, including mopeds, scooters and trikes. To get your Class A driving license, you must first pass an approved driving course and a theory test. After successfully completing the course, you can apply for your license online.
To apply for a Category A license online, you will need to fill out an application form and provide all the required documents such as your identity and address proof. You will also need to submit a passport photograph of yourself and pay the required fee. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by the licensing authority and if approved, you will receive your license by post.
It is important to note that category A driving licences are valid for three years and must be renewed after that. If you do not renew your licence before it expires, you may have to take the driving course and theory test again.
To keep your license, you must obey traffic laws and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is also important to keep up to date with any changes in laws or regulations regarding motorcycle use.
With a valid Class A driving license, you can legally ride all types of motorcycles throughout the EU. It’s a good idea to always have your driving license with you when you ride, as well as carry identification such as your passport or national identity card.
Category B – Cars

To apply online, you can visit your local government website and follow the instructions. You will usually be asked to enter your personal details such as your name and address, as well as other important information. Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
After passing the theory and practical tests, you will be issued with a class B driving license. This license will then allow you to drive within the EU. It is important that you keep your license valid by renewing it every few years.
Remember that each country in the EU has different rules when it comes to driving, so be sure to check the regulations of the country you plan to visit before getting behind the wheel.
Category C – trucks

If you want to get a Class C driving license in the European Union, you must meet certain criteria. This license is required to drive vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, such as large trucks and articulated lorries. To apply for a Class C license, you must first be at least 21 years old. In some countries, the age limit is higher. You should also have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years before applying.
Once you have met these criteria, you can begin the process of applying for your Class C driving license. The first step is to fill out an application form, which you can find online or at your local driver’s license office. You may be required to provide certain documents, such as proof of identity, proof of residence, a medical certificate and other evidence required by your country.
Once your application is accepted, you will be required to take and pass a theory test. This test will assess your knowledge of road safety, rules and regulations, and other relevant information. You will then also be required to take and pass a practical test. During this test, you will be assessed on your ability to safely drive a large vehicle and demonstrate your knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
After successfully passing both tests, you will then be issued with your Class C license. You must renew your license every 5 years to keep it. For more information on how to apply for a Class C license online, contact your local licensing office or visit the Internet.

First, you need to create an account on the EU driving license website. This will allow you to track your progress in applying for your driving license.
Secondly, you will need to provide documents proving your identity. This includes a passport or national identity card. Depending on the country you are applying from, you may also need to provide proof of residence and/or proof of other relevant information.
Third, you must acquire and complete a professional driving license course. The course should cover topics such as traffic signs and regulations, vehicle control and accident prevention. After completing the course, you will receive a certificate that you will need to apply for the driving license.

Applied to renew a driving license last January (now July) and have just received it. Had to fill in a form that was badly written and impossible to fill in correctly. Twice they wrote to me asking for further information, saying that if I did not reply within ten days then my application would be cancelled and I would have to start all over again. all hope was lost until i was referred here.
